Northwest Vision Care is now looking to hire Technicians! 
What's a Clinical Technician and what are some of their responsibilities. Here's what we are looking for. 
The position is responsible for collecting and imputing clinical data necessary for the visual health and performance of the patient. This position is also responsible for pretesting patients prior to the doctor seeing them, maintain patient flow, and communication between other departments. 
Characteristic and performance factors 
▪?Attendance and dependability: The employee can be depended on to report to work at the scheduled time and is seldom absent from work. Employee can be depended upon to complete work in a timely accurate, and thorough manner and is conscientious, about assignments. 
▪? Communication and contact: The employee communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside of the practice; able to effectively provide training to the patients. 
▪? Must have computer skills and the ability to learn EMR system. 
▪? Strong ability to multi-task with high degree of accuracy, attention to detail is a must. 
▪? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
▪? Superior verbal and and written skills
▪? Strong interpersonal skills 
▪? Able to transition and think operationally
