White Glove Janitorial is now accepting applications for a Local Accounts Management Assistant. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, organized, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with overseeing 30-35 Current Janitorial employees
  • Assist with Interviewing Potential Hires
  • Assist with Training new employees
  • Performs quality assurance inspections and works with staff to complete client requests/concerns.
  • Performs cleaning tasks per custodial job description when training, assist in responding to concerns, and/or facility staffing shortages.
  • Ordering Inventory
  • Shipping Orders

  • Ability to oversee staff and provide a positive environment
  • Ability to inspect completed work

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday- 1:00pm-5:00pm (In addition to some weekend and evening hours)
  • Required Night/Weekend availability when necessary
Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Must pass a criminal background check as well as client-required background checks.
  • Must be reliable and have excellent attendance.
  • Must adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.
