With over 20 years combined experience in the mental health field, we feel confident in the clinical skills we hold in order to best support you. We are trained in a variety of treatment modalities and will work with you to identify how we can help you meet your goals. We feel honored to sit beside you as you move through this journey in life. We provide the following mental health services: individual therapy for adults, adolescents, and children, couples therapy, and infant and early childhood mental health services. We serve clients of all ages - from infants through the lifespan!
