We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Nursing to oversee our psychiatry department.

The Director of Nursing will:

  • Oversee the operations of a fast-paced outpatient psychiatric department with six full-time practitioners and a nursing team

  • Create an effective work environment by setting clear objectives, displaying teamwork and encouraging open communication

  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of department staff

  • Ensure that all services are provided with integrity, compassion and competence

  • Collaborate with Compliance Officer and other disciplines within the agency

 
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required

  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in psychiatric nursing is required

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required

  • Must have excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Experience working in a behavioral health setting is required

Starting Salary: $65,000 per year
