Iowa Lakes Comm. Coll.: Leading Your Team Through Change

Class #4409  Spencer - 8am to 11am     Class #4410  Estherville - 1pm to 4pm

Do you need to introduce change in your business or organization, and wonder
how to gain the support of your employee team?  This session will spell out a
well-tested formula for establishing a sense of urgency, gaining your employee's
support, overcoming fear associated with change, and explain how to motivate
your employees to face that fear and spur them to action.  You will be amazed
at the simplicity yet effectiveness of this formula in implementing significant
change.  Come with a change in mind you need to tackle.  Together we can
develop a strategy using this blueprint for change.
