Iowa Lakes Community College Leadership Training

The Iowa Lakes Community College Continuing Education Department is offering Leadership Training Fall 2022 through Spring 2023 at both the Spencer and Estherville Campuses. Courses Cost $99.00 per person per session. Visit www.iowalakes.edu/ce for more information or to register for sessions.

This Week's Course: Achieving Results with Root Cause Analysis Teams need direction and with Root Cause Analysis to help with solving problems a new thought process can begin. In this session, we will participate in an 8 step based root cause analysis method to come up with a final, streamlined process. Gained insights from this class will be an understanding on how to take this back to your teams when you are at a standstill on important projects and need to get the ideas flowing and problems solved
