Spencer National Guard Send off

This weekend the Spencer National Guard is having a send off for the
troops who will be deployed for one year.  Because NO family is allowed
at the ceremony, it will be streamed live on FACEBOOK group page, so
any family member who wants to watch it live should be a member of
the group.

The Spencer Police have given clearance to have people line the road
heading east from the Armory on 23rd street and South on 1st Avenue
East as the soldiers are leaving on the bus.   This will take place at 1pm
on Sunday, August 2nd.  Just a reminder, they still want groups 6 feet
apart.
