General Job Summary:  This is a full-time position located at the Emmetsburg campus. Primary responsibilities are to perform and complete secretarial/clerical tasks related to the business office, housing, and farm operations. Daily duties include front desk and answering the switchboard phones. Assist the housing coordinator with processing housing contracts, dorm contracts, insurance forms, and room assignments. This position will include processing payments, requisitions, and miscellaneous clerical tasks. An outstanding commitment to customer service is a must. Will be required to work move in date. May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle.

 Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:  High School Diploma or equivalency required. A combination of secretarial/clerical experience or post-secondary training in an appropriate area equivalent to three years or an appropriate Associate degree desired.
