Iowa Lakes Comm. Coll: Communication-A Critical Component

One thing we can always work on is communication.  Improving your
communication skills will allow you to establish better working
relationships.  Participants will discuss the effective communication
skills needed to boost morale and positivity in the  workplace as
well as other relationships.  Poor workplace communication skills will
have a negative effect on your business and my lead to a decrease
in productivity.  These key communication skills, presented during
the session will help you with acheiving workplace success.
