We Are Family: Navigating Birth Family Relationships

Description: Join us for our two-part VIRTUAL Foster & Adoptive Summit which will occur on Monday, September 14th, and Monday, September 21st from 6:30-7:30 PM each night!

Both nights will be led by Seasons Center's own Director of Family Support Services and Adoption Competent Therapist, Nikki Van Ginkel, LISW, MSW, and their Permanency Support Specialist, Sherri Huizenga, CADC, LBSW.

Night one (September 14th) will include educational and clinical information on the best practices for navigating birth family relationships as foster or adoptive parents!

Night two (September 21st), Nikki and Sherri will be joined by an adoptive family panel who will discuss their struggles and successes in maintaining birth family relationships!

Each family who attends will receive a complimentary resource basket from Seasons Center!
