Iowa Lakes Community College Leadership Series

Workplace Professionalism  Key to Success
Class 3287

We have all heard the complaints that workplaces have become too
casual and professionalism is too rare.  One thing is certain:  individuals
and organizations who have a reputation for professionalism have a clear
advantage in the marketplace.  This practical, interactive session will
explore the many facets of workplace professionalism, including appearance,
dress, language, behaviors, and attitudes.  Participants in this engaging
session will gain confidence in their knowldge and leave armed with practical
strategies for increasing their professionalism and workplace success from
this day forward.
